Established in 2014, Service Cybernetics provides consulting services to facilitate organizations in formulating service management and marketing strategies, structuring service blueprints, crafting service experience platform, establishing service standards and metrics for quality assurance. Service audit, training workshops and coaching services will also be provided to ensure effective implementation of service excellence initiatives.
